Participants have the option of staying on the ITC-ILO campus where the program is held or of staying in a hotel near the ITC-ILO or in the centre of Turin. The ITC-ILO packages include meals, laundry, use of campus facilities, and medical insurance.
Please Note! It is very important that you reserve your accommodations as early as possible this year because the 2013 World Master Games will be held in Turin from August 2nd to 11th and there will be a much larger number of tourists in the city than usual. Availability will be limited!
There are 7 different accommodation options to choose from in the program registration form:
OPTION 1: Room & Board Package on ITC-ILO Campus with pocket money – Single room (2,410E)
OPTION 2: Room & Board Package on ITC-ILO Campus – Single room (2,260E)
OPTION 3: Bed & Breakfast on ITC-ILO Campus – Single Room (1,815E per person)
OPTION 5: Room & Board Package on ITC-ILO Campus – Shared Double Room (1,935E per person)
OPTION 6: Bed & Breakfast on ITC-ILO Campus – Shared Double Room (1,485E per person)
OPTION 7: Hotel Outside ITC-ILO Campus (Cost Varies)
Residential and catering facilities are available on ITC-ILO Campus. The ITC-ILO offers a room and board package for the three week period including accommodations on campus, meals, laundry, use of campus facilities, and medical insurance. Or, participants can choose the bed & breakfast option which includes accommodations on campus, breakfast, use of campus facilities, and medical insurance. All ITC-ILO packages include a maximum of 21 nights stay. You are able to stay extra nights for a nightly rate of 85E.
Shared Double Room Options: Boulder participants also have the possibility to share a double room with a colleague for a reduced price. Please note that the name of the two participants sharing the same room has to be indicated on the Application Form upon registration and that the Boulder Team will not be able to assign a double room to people who are not previously acquainted. This option is for people who know each other prior to the program.
Prices do not include extras (i.e. mini-bar, phone-calls, drinks at the coffee-bar, etc.)
The ITC-ILO Campus in Turin can host up to 250 participants (approx. 150 single rooms and 50 double rooms). Late registrations will have to be accommodated in a hotel in town.

OPTION 7: Hotel Outside ITC-ILO Campus
There are hotels offering special rates for Boulder MFT participants ranging from about 50 Euro to 75 Euro per night. The hotels are located in the City Centre, about 8 km from the ITC-ILO, and participants are responsible for arranging transportation (there is a convenient metro that goes from the City Centre to Metro stop LINGOTTO, about 10 minutes walking distance from the campus).

Campus facilities and services (including meals) need to be paid directly by participants. The ITC-ILO charges a mandatory fee of 130E to cover insurance and use of campus facilities for all participants staying off campus. |

Hotels with Special Boulder Rates:
The following 5 hotels offer special Boulder rates. If you are interested in staying at these hotels, you can arrange reservations directly with the hotel. At the time you are making your reservations, you will need to specify that you will be attending the "Boulder MFT program” so that they will know to apply the Boulder rate.
Kindly note that all hotels in Turin apply a city tax (ranging from 1.80 € to 3.20 € per day, depending on the hotel star rating) to be paid for the first 4 days of residence.
