David Richardson is currently the Senior Manager of Technical Development for the World Council of Credit Unions where he is responsible for the development and integration of New Technical Products and Services to improve Credit Union Financial Management and Supervision.

He provides high-level technical support to all WOCCU credit union development projects worldwide. He is recognized as WOCCU’s chief spokesman for all technically related literature, seminars, and marketing focused on credit union development and development finance. He has over 20 years of extensive professional experience in development and has worked in over 40 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia.
