Peter L’parnoi Lengewa has had over 13 years experience in microfinance and has worked with an array of microfinance institutions in the NGO, SACCO and formal banking industry. He has had the privilege of serving as a technical advisor and training & development expert with various institutions in Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania.
Peter currently works with Equity Bank in Kenya as the Head of Leadership and Organisation Development. Equity Bank is the fastest growing bank in Kenya and has gained international recognition in microfinance. Peter holds an MBA in strategic management.
