Caroline Rozieres


Caroline ROZIERES, Head of Educational Projects in Financial Inclusion and Innovation and Certified Creative Trainer at the French Development Agency. Caroline is responsible for educational projects at the AFD Campus in Marseille. She works on the creativity, innovation and public speaking areas.

Caroline has 15 years of experience in deploying and monitoring international projects. After a career in multilateral institutions and NGOs, she joined AFD’s General Board in 2008, where she collaborated on various publications, including the book by JM Severino and JM Debrat Received Ideas: Development Aid (The Cavalier Blue, 2009).

Caroline then became Microfinance Business Manager in AFD's Operations Directory, where she conducted and oversaw various grants,, loans and other  projects for MFIs with diverse profiles in Africa and Asia. She also implements responsible microfinance programs.

Passionate about techniques of collective intelligence, public speaking and creativity, Caroline designs and leads many tailor-made courses in inventive and participative formats.

She holds a Master of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris and a DESS in Paris II in International Administration, and is a certified trainer in Creative Intelligence.
