Angelique Skoulas is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant specializing in the areas of conflict management, and communication. For over 15 years she has worked with leaders internationally in the corporate, non-profit and governmental sectors to improve strategies, and develop capacity. She has coached individuals and facilitated groups in a variety of organizations globally, including The World Bank Group, The International Monetary Fund, The National Institutes of Health, Janssen Cilag, Partners Healthcare, HSBC, UBS, The Institute for Diversity in Civic Leadership, The International Baccalaureate, and The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
As the founder and co-director of the Graduate Leadership Studies Program at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Angelique’s courses on leadership, conflict, and communication are required in the curriculum, and are the first of their kind in dental education. Her research includes studying the impact that coursework in leadership and effective communication have on career development. In addition, Angelique has taught in executive programs at Harvard Law School, Wharton School of Business, Duke C.E., and George Mason University.
She holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in California; and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is a graduate of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University and is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation. She is a former Congressional fellow through the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
