André Koch

Stachanov Solutions & Services BV

André Koch is the founder and owner of Stachanov, a Dutch software development company located in Amsterdam. Stachanov focuses on simulation models and financial systems of administrative (workflow-)processes.

He is Senior Lecturer in Bank Financial Management at Nyenrode University and the Business School of The Netherlands. He lectures regularly at EADA Business School in Barcelona and Utrecht University, and teaches risk management and modeling at Oracle University and The Asian Banker. He is partner and longtime trainer for ADA, Appui au Développement Autonome, a Luxembourg NGO, with whom he developed microfinance software and SIMFI training.

André has trained financial institutions and businesses in over 25 countries. Currently he is working on consulting projects for financial institutions in The Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and Guyana.

André Koch has studied in the Netherlands, Italy, France, and the United States; and has degrees in medieval history, archeology, economics, and information sciences. Additionally, he holds an MBA degree from Nyenrode Business School.
