Since 2014, Caroline Rozieres has been a trainer and specialist in educational engineering within CEFEB, the Corporate University of Agence Française de Développement (AFD). Her work is in the area of financial inclusion, support to the private sector, leadership and innovation.
After starting her career within multilateral institutions (UNCTAD, European Commission), and as an advocacy officer in non-profit organisations (CIDSE, CCFD), Caroline joined AFD in 2008. She has collaborated on several articles and publications related to development aid, including J-M Severino and J-M Debrat’s book « Common beliefs on development aid » (le Cavalier Bleu, 2009). From 2010 to 2014, Caroline worked as a microfinance officer within AFD’s Operations Division. She appraised and supervised loans, grants and guarantee schemesprojects for various types of MFIs in sub-saharan Africa and Asia. She was also in charge of several projects in the field of responsible microfinance.
Caroline holds two master degrees in Public Affairs (Sciences-Po Paris) and International Administration (University of Paris II).
