Isso-Takou Soulémane Djobo

Isso-Takou Soulémane DJOBO is the Director of the Central African Regional Office and Thematic Regional Coordinator (Microfinance, Enterprise, and Employment Creation) of CIDR. He previously held positions of (i) Network Director (FECECAV), rural credit training advisor as part of the MCA-Burkina Faso project, with DID, (ii) Portfolio Technical Manager (UNCDF) and (iii) Director oin the MFI Capacity Strengthening program in French-speaking Africa (CAPAF) based in Dakar.
Since 2008, Soulémane I.T. DJOBO supported MFIs in Rural Finance and the financing of agricultural value chains in Sub-Saharan Africa (Central, EAst, West, and Indian Ocean).
Trained as an Economist-Manager, he worked at the Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole (CNCA Togo) as a credit officer and head of agency before occupying the post of controller and personnel manager in a private commercial firm.
With respect to training adults, Soulémane I.T. DJOBO is a Prime 95 trainer at the Junior Chamber International (JCI) and he has been a faculty member at the Boulder MFT since 2005 where he has conducted all of the CGAP technical training topics for MFIs, Funders, and Central Banks.
