2nd Edition of the  Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (DIGITAL) Program!

In light of the COVID-19 situation and our global community’s health & safety, we will be postponing the Boulder DIGITAL program.  All registrations received so far will be maintained in our database and transferred over to the new dates.  As soon as we have more information, we will communicate it immediately

The 2nd Edition of the Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (DIGITAL) program dates will be announced in the future as soon as we have more information about the COVID-19 situation. The program will bring together MFIs, Commercial Banks, Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Donor Agencies, Investors, Development Agencies and more.  The  Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions program (DIGITAL) will be held alongside the 26th Annual Boulder Microfinance Training (MFT) in English and the 6th Annual Rural and Agricultural Finance Program (RAFP).

The DIGITAL program will offer 15 courses delivered by over 18 world-renowned experts on financial inclusion.  In addition, program participants will have the opportunity to take one course from the 14 other elective courses offered in the MFT and RAFP programs.

The DIGITAL program will offer 12 courses delivered by over 18 world-renowned experts on digital transformation and financial inclusion.  This program has been especially designed for microfinance managers and other financial inclusion professionals who are seeking effective strategies to digitize their institution or institutions they support. In this program, we will analyze potential risks, challenges, and opportunities that these new technologies present.  Courses will cover topics such as data management, business intelligence, product development, agile design, fraud, consumer protection, leadership, partnerships, regulation, and more.

The program  also features an enhanced  Boulder Master Class: New Financial Inclusion Paradigms led and facilitated by Robert Christen, and co-taught by over 12 special guests. Each morning, participants take part in this dynamic roundtable event by discussing and debating different aspects of financial inclusion including the customer journey, client centricity, and digital transformation, among other topics.

The Boulder Institute, led by our President and Founder, Robert Christen, has over 25 years of microfinance training experience and the collective expertise of over 200 faculty members. The Boulder DIGITAL program provides an unrivaled opportunity for professionals working at every level of microfinance today.
