Boulder Institute has partnered with FAO, with support of the CABFIN Partnership, to develop the capacities of institutions and their professionals working to increase the availability and understanding of financial services that meet the needs of farming families in developing countries.

	Boulder Institute has partnered with FAO, with support of the CABFIN Partnership, to develop the capacities of institutions and their professionals working to increase the availability and understanding of financial services that meet the needs of farming families in developing countries.
	The Agence Française de Développement (AFD), through its Capacity Building Department (CEFEB) and its global agency network, brings its technical and pedagogical expertise to the Boulder MFT Program in French. AFD also contributes to the availability of knowledge and literature in the francophone microfinance industry.
	The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITCILO) has collaborated with Boulder Institute since 2005 in hosting a range of Boulder Institute programs including the Boulder MFT in English, Boulder MFT in French, Boulder RAFP, and the Boulder Digital Transformation programs. The Boulder programs are held on the ITCILO campus in Turin during which time the Enterprise, Microfinance and Local Development (EMLD) unit provides multi-lingual staff support, training expertise, and resources which have helped the programs to continue to grow over the past decade.
	The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is partnering with Boulder Institute to develop a new program for experienced financial inclusion professionals. It is designed to increase understanding of macro-level risks faced in competitive markets, as well as the appropriate strategic responses. IFC is a member of the World Bank Group focused on the private sector, while Boulder institute is an NGO working globally to offer executive training for the microfinance industry.
	The Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs – Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action. Luxembourg’s cooperation is firmly at the service of the eradication of poverty, particularly in the least developed countries. Its actions are primarily in the areas of health, education, include vocational training and integration and local development, as well as initiatives in the field of microfinance and inclusive finance, encouraged and supported since the beginning of the 90s.

	The partnership between Boulder Institute and Mastercard Foundation is aimed at supporting Boulder Institute in updating its Microfinance Training programs. Additionally, through the MCF Scholarship Program, The Foundation provides training and development for highly motivated and capable microfinance professionals from around the world, especially LDC countries, by offering scholarships, through a highly selective process, to attend Boulder Institute’s MFT Programs.
	The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) has supported the Boulder Institute programs for close to 20 years by sponsoring their member donor organization staff to attend the Boulder programs as well as contributing with CGAP staff as core Boulder MFT and RAFP faculty. CGAP also provides relevant educational materials for the program and its participants.
	The Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) has supported the Spanish language Boulder MFT Program since its creation over a decade ago, through an important cooperation agreement. Every year, CAF sponsors Boulder MFT participation for several of their strategic partners, with the goal of capacity building in the LAC region.
	The MetLife Foundation has supported Boulder Institute in expanding the training program offerings in Spanish, and has provided scholarships for highly motivated and capable leaders from MetLife countries within the LAC region working in the field of financial inclusion, such as financial institutions, nonprofits, government, academia, and fintech.
