The NEW Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions program focuses on the digitization of financial service operations and management. This program strives to permit professionals across the financial inclusion industry – practitioners engaged in digital transformation, as well as funders and public institutions supporting the digital transformation process – the opportunity to understand, among other things, the advantages and challenges in the path to digitization, especially as experienced in the Francophone world.

The Back to Boulder: Leading Inclusive Finance in the Digital Age program is a 5-day program conducted in English specifically for senior level microfinance practitioners. In this program, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities of providing access to finance in the 21st century, given the need to deal with increased competition and digital transformation. Courses are focused on risk governance, enhanced competitiveness, and digital financial services.
